`sakura build --target native` (experimental) links the program with the system C linker, `cc`,
and none is on `PATH`. Sakura Lang bundles no linker. On macOS, `xcode-select --install` installs
the Command Line Tools, which provide `cc`; on Debian or Ubuntu, `sudo apt install gcc`; on Fedora,
`sudo dnf install gcc`. Then build again. `--target js` and `--target wasm` need no linker.
