D090 runtime_internal_error

The runtime hit a bug or an exhausted host resource (for example a JS exception that is not a Sakura Lang defect).

A runtime defect: the running program stops with it; no compile phase reports it, and try cannot catch it. sakura explain D090 prints this explanation offline.

D031 string_slice_not_char_boundary

String.slice was given a byte offset that is not on a UTF-8 character boundary.

D091 host_failure

A host operation failed outside Sakura Lang's control (for example a rejected host promise).
